Web5. The time off from work required for a University-directed fitness for duty examination in a non-acute (chronic) case shall be charged to work time. Any subsequent time off work before the employee is certified fit for duty should be determined and charged in accordance with the circumstances and the results of the fitness for duty evaluation.
